Refund Policy

1. Domain Registrations

Due to registry regulations, domain name registrations, renewals, and transfers are immediate and non-refundable once provisioned with the central registry.

2. Failed Registrations

If a payment succeeds but domain registration fails at the registrar level (e.g. registry lock or registry collision), an automatic 100% full refund is credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
